Refund policy

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

The stone must be in the same condition in which you received it and be returned in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or another proof of purchase.

To start a return, please write to us at markus-manhart@outlook.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Markus Manhart, Innsbrucker Straße 36, 6112 Wattens, Austria

Once you have contacted us, we will send you instructions on how to send the parcel. Please do not send items back to us without contacting us first.

The cost of the return, including insurance for the value of the goods, is borne by the buyer. Please send the stone insured and with tracking.

Refunds
The refund is issued once the stone has arrived with us or you have provided proof of the insured return shipment, whichever is earlier. We will notify you by email and refund the amount to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the stone is damaged or you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and put it right.

Exceptions
Gift cards cannot be returned. If you have questions about a particular stone, please write to us.

Exchanges
Every stone is one of a kind. If you would like a different stone, please return the one you received and order the stone you want separately.
