Shipping costs
We ship worldwide free of charge. No shipping costs apply, regardless of order value or destination country.
Shipping destinations
We currently deliver to the following countries:
European Union: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden
Rest of Europe: Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway
Outside Europe: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, United States
We are happy to consider requests for shipping to other countries individually.
Carriers and delivery times
Delivery is handled by recognised carriers such as Österreichische Post, DHL or UPS. The choice of carrier is at our discretion.
- Austria: approx. 2–5 working days
- European Union: approx. 4–8 working days
- Countries outside the EU: approx. 7–20 working days, depending on customs clearance
Delays due to force majeure, strikes, seasonal peaks or delayed customs clearance are reserved.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive it by email once the parcel has been dispatched.
VAT, customs duties and import charges
Deliveries within the EU: All prices shown in the shop include statutory VAT. No further charges apply.
Deliveries to countries outside the EU (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand):
Customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees may arise in the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are not collected by us. They are payable by the recipient directly to the competent customs authority or to the carrier. Their amount and calculation are governed by the law of the destination country; we have no influence over them.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering to find out what charges to expect.
Every shipment includes the documents required for customs clearance. The goods are declared as a cut gemstone at the actual purchase price (customs tariff number 7103.99). We do not under-declare the value and do not declare shipments as gifts.
If the recipient refuses acceptance or refuses to pay the import charges, the resulting return shipping costs are borne by the recipient.
Liability and passing of risk — consumers (B2C)
In sales to consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), we bear the shipping risk. The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes only upon handover to the consumer or to a person designated by them.

Please note: Please inspect the goods immediately on receipt. If the delivery is visibly damaged, please have this confirmed in writing by the delivery driver and inform us without delay. Failure to report damage has no effect on your statutory warranty rights (§ 9 KSchG), but it makes it easier for us to pursue claims against the carrier.
Liability and passing of risk — businesses (B2B)
In sales to businesses within the meaning of the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB), the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
Legal basis: § 377 UGB (duty to examine and give notice of defects), § 429 ABGB
Transport damage must be reported by the business buyer to the carrier without delay and brought to our attention.
Transport damage
- Consumers (B2C): We handle the process once the damage has been reported.
- Businesses (B2B): The buyer must report the damage directly to the carrier.
